Is it spring or is your house on fire?

Since the coronavirus situation is getting worse these days in Netherlands, my gym is shut down and will not open again in a long while. Therefore I am getting back to my old workout routine of running, and then magically discovered that the spring has officially arrived in this country. There are lot of saucer magnolia trees blooming beautifully along my running route, the Anne Frankplantsoen park. I feel so inspired when I look at them rising above the roof of old traditional Dutch houses. Its almost looks like people's house are on fire, however this fire won’t burn your house into ash but instead burn your heart with the romance of pink. I really enjoy looking at them every morning while I get out of house for a short quarantine break, so I decided to make this scenery into a painting, hopefully people can receive some joyful message while you look at it.

ps. This painting is not to encourage you to do a picnic party with friends in the park, but its definitely okay to admire them a little when you get the chance :)
